Helpful Patient Tips

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. 

• Please do not wear body lotions.

• Please bring your medication list, Health care card and photo ID. 

• We will take an ECG and measure your blood pressure prior to your appointment.

• There is paid parking onsite, as well as limited residential street parking on the west side.
